A few weeks ago we went up to SF to visit Grandma and Grandpa and got to see Grandma's amazing new flower shop on the Embarcadero, right near the Ferry Bldg. Grandma has this really cool cork tree (too bad its growing out of her head in this picture).
Lots of beautiful flowers and greenery for Ruby to peruse. You break it, you buy it little lady!
Ruby got to spend an entire day at Grandma's store while mom took some computer classes. Lucky for her Grandma bought her this little car to scoot around in. She also used it to do some campaigning for Barack Obama. She kept pretty busy that day. Here she is demonstrating her "I'm a Little Teapot" dance move.
Papa got to check out the store too! Yea Papa!
There were lots of other fun activities on this visit to the Bay Area....
Including getting chased by Grandpa and the giant purple ball.
And breaking in some brand new crayons!
The wonderful Gibson family joined us. Here are Susie and super-cutie Jake Jr. (Susie's pretty cute too)
We treated ourselves to ice cream on Sunday. Ruby got a ride on papa's shoulders too. What a lucky girl!
This weekend we made our very first visit to a pumpkin patch. It was late in the day but the sight of all the giant orange pumpkins perked Ruby right up.
It was hard picking the right one of course.
And later on Ruby and Mama scooped out its guts!
